“How many command slots will there be this year”? This is a very familiar question asked during both SVP & Fleet dialogues and quite often, the response is “Are you ready?”
So, what does it mean to be ready? We asked some commanders about their upgrade journey and what it took for them to become successful. Eight commanders graciously shared their experiences and provided us with useful tips on how one can make it not just a less daunting process but a remarkable odyssey._
